11First Trailer for Alfonso Cuaron’s Gravity
I absolutely love movies about astronauts and I’m a big fan of Alfonso Cuaron, so I’ve been anxiously awaiting our first look at this movie. This is a great teaser trailer that does a great job of telling us everything we need to know while raising the tension. My favorite shot of the trailer is towards the end, when the spinning astronaut is desperately trying to get a grip on a piece of debris just inches away.
So far I’ve seen a lot of people commenting on the fact that “all of the action is in the trailer,” implying that the rest of the film will be boring space-drifting. I whole heartedly disagree and absolutely cannot wait for a character driven, tense drama about astronauts stuck adrift.
